We Successfully Completed “Teamwork” and “Relationship Management” Trainings
“Relationship Management” and “Teamwork” trainings were organized for our employees within the scope of in-house training activities organized periodically by the Training and Development Unit of Akar Textile Human Resources Management. So far, 63 of our employees have participated in the trainings, which started in October and will continue in November at our factories in Mardin and Manisa.
Trainings given by Akar Textile Recruitment and Development Team Leader Volkan Bayburt; While the topics of “Psychology of Being a Team”, “Strengths and Developmental Aspects in Teamwork”, “Cultural Factors in Teamwork” and “Relationship Management and Awareness in Teamwork” were discussed, theoretical explanations were reinforced with practical applications.
After the 3-hour training, the participants were given a certificate of participation.
